Article 9 of the current Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" provides for the consumer's right to exchange a non-food product of appropriate quality for a similar one, if the purchased product does not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose , if this product has not been used and if its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels and the settlement document issued by the seller together with the product have been preserved.
The seller does not have the right to refuse the exchange (return) of a product that is not included in the list, if it meets all the requirements provided for in Art. 9 of the Law (brand name, labels, seals,

In cases where you ordered a product by mistake or doubt its functionality, you can cancel your order and return the product (paying the cost of return shipping) within 14 calendar days from the moment of payment. This procedure does not cause complications if:
the product has not been used and has retained its marketable appearance (no signs of use, not torn, not soiled, no scratches, etc.);
the product is fully assembled and the integrity of the packaging is not violated;
You have documents confirming the fact of purchase. (cheque from the post office)
After returning the product in good condition, and if it is not possible within 14 days
remove defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer, you get the right:
receive the appropriate product of the appropriate quality;
purchase another product from the available assortment with appropriate adjustments to mutual settlements. for a return, you must inform the manager of the online store by phone of your order number or the name of the product you are returning.
This will allow you to get the product back as quickly as possible and send you a replacement or refund its value
